My guided trail runs are designed to introduce you to some of the best trail running the Cotswolds has to offer
and to help runners foster an appreciation of "the outdoors" and the benefits it can have on our physical and mental health.
Ranging from 6miles up to 20miles, all located within Gloucestershire.
The aim of the guided runs is about exploration, not PB's. As a group I ask that we generally run between 10-13min/mile (6:15-8:00min/km) to accommodate a wide range of runners.
We also have plenty of planned stops to take photos and share some facts about the local landscape- an image is nothing without some context. Being a trained horticulturalist helps!
I offer two types of guided runs:

Unscheduled runs which you can contact me to discuss the following options: 1:1 or group on a 2hr, 1/2day or full day basis. These can make a great gift for the runner who has all the kit already!
