Weekly group coaching sessions suitable for all abilities whether you're just starting your running journey or you want a marathon PB, I'm here to help. I believe I can deliver the best coaching environment observing and analysing runners in a small friendly group, to help them improve their form, fitness and enjoyment of running. For you as the athlete you will be welcomed into a challenging but fun environment, designed to help you get the most out of yourself and your running. 

Your first session is FREE, contact me to express interest. 

Fitness & Form, Tues @ 19:00 

These sessions are for those already consistently running but looking to improve their running form and fitness in one fun but challenging session. Full of plenty of variety to then add to your own running this is great for those looking to to move off a performance plateau or train with others for your next event. Open to all abilities and will include a warm-up, main session, drills and a cool down.
